Spam and Phish

I was wondering if this infamous Wayne E Bakewell spam email was based on any real person or place. As it turns out, I did a Zillow search for the address in the Wayne E Bakewell’s spam email and it turns out to be an actual address.

According to Zillow, this is a 1440 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 1 bath house sitting on a .38 acre lot. Assessed value for the house is $37,950.

Also, based on some other Google lookups there is apparently a Mr. Bakewell who does live at that address.

I wonder who was the numnut who decided to pick on this poor guy with the spam email?
